I have over 11years experience within the recruitment industry across various fields and pride myself on my honest and transparent approach to both clients and candidates a-like. I have worked my way up from a consultant to manager, regional manager and Operations manager.

I have built many successful relationships over the years with both international brands and local independent businesses and treat each equally.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my family. I am a bit of a fitness addict so you can probably spot me running the streets or out on my bike!

Being passionate, self driven and confident in my ability’s has helped me and the teams around me to succeed. I believe in being honest and approachable for not only my team but also my clients and candidates. I build strong long term business relationships with customers which has resulted in repeat business as they know I will always do my best to meet their requirements by keeping the lines of communication open and being honest with them. I enjoy new challenges and can keep my cool even when under extreme pressure.

I have been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and worked my way up to Director level.  I am hands on billing Director and believe on helping advising and supporting my managers / Branches when ever needed. My long term goal is not to be the largest agency’s but to be one of the best agency’s in the South West . In my spare time I enjoy life with my Family and friends and keeping fit and healthy.
