It was established as a ‘stand-alone’ part of WB Employment in March 2014 initially growing from a ‘permanent financial services desk’ run from our Bristol branch.
We are not interested in pushy sales tactics with ‘client’ or ‘candidate’ our aim is to match the correct person to the correct company and vacancy. We pride ourselves on an honest, credible approach with long term mutually beneficial relationships in mind.

Our client was working within the specialist financial services sector with two locations in the South of England. Recruiting between 40-60 people each year in a variety positions arising from both growth and turnover. During the recruitment process we were require to support ‘culture change’ objectives to refresh and revitalise existing teams.
We spent a great deal of time with the ‘hiring managers’ to get a thorough understanding of their requirements but also establish very clear objectives from the senior management team to achieve the desired ‘culture change’.
The success of this initial project has resulted in us becoming the primary supplier of permanent and temporary staff having exclusivity on the vacancies we accept. Previously several ‘recruiters’ were contacted to fill individual positions now they contact ‘WB’ and they know it will be filled.
