We were asked to provide summer cover for over 50 temporary workers with a varied skill set required. This was a 50 50 split with another agency; WB then pushed this to the next level to supply all of the temporary cover . Achieving this; we got all the temporary workers on site for an on site induction and factory tour to start the next day.

Solution

For 10 years we have helped this client’s business and have successfully supported their production and engineering team with temporary and permanent cover. We have supplied their summer holiday cover with up to 45 temporary operatives at short notice; providing full PPE and carrying out their on site induction and Heath & Safety. We as a business have not only supported their recruitment needs but have helped to develop their company.
