WB Employment Ltd (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our busy client in Kennford (approx. 10 mins drive from Exeter).

Shift Pattern: Ad-hoc depending on workload 1 to 3 shifts per week across Monday to Friday.

Working hours: 18:00 to 03:00 with two half hour breaks; one of which is paid.

Pay rate: £13.21 per hour

The role will involve:

• Working at the conveyer belt sorting the waste
• Waste materials include: wood, paper, metal, plastic – no food waste
• Your working environment may be dusty and physically demanding

You will need:

• Own transport due to location
• The ability to work well with others
• To be self-motivated and flexible
• Good coordination due to moving conveyer belt
