WB Employment (operating as an employment business) are advertising on behalf of our client a highly regarded manufacturing business for a Production Operative, to join their busy team in Ivybridge.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (alternate weeks)

The position will involve assisting the current team in the busy manufacturing plant with various roles such as-

• Operating machinery
• Loading and unloading products
• Moulding, trimming and product construction/inspection
• General warehouse duties
• Ensuring the factory runs smoothly

Candidate

• Previous experience within manufacturing highly desirable but training will be provided
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work independently and with others
• Happy to undertake manual tasks
• Transport required to to location and shift times
