WB Employment (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for one of our clients based in Clyst Honiton.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 18:00pm

Pay rate: £10.50 per hour

The role will predominantly be assisting the current warehouse team and include jobs such as:
• Pick a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items
• Listen carefully to picking instructions through your headset and carry them out at pace
• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Take responsibility for working through your orders independently
• Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock

The Candidate
• Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but training can be provided
• Be comfortable working in a face paced environment and posses a good work ethic.
• Able to follow directions/instructions
• Work well in a team environment but also using your own initiative
• Reliable and punctual
• Posses a good level of general fitness as manual handling of some heavy goods maybe required
