We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for a few months experience in the HR department with one of Europe’s most successful and respected corporate banking groups. This would be ideal for someone requiring a short term admin contract or perhaps a recent graduate looking for commercial experience to go on your CV. You might have finish with University until the new year and can commit to work full time from now to September. if you really impress there is a good chance of being offered a permanent contract at the end of the ‘temp’ contract.

  • Manage the HR inbox
  • Once started we can re-advertise L&D inbox – where any queries on Training sign up, Compliance issues and About Me issues can be reported
  • Assist with any My Development cleanse
  • Create events and sessions
  • Support the sign up to courses – adding, removing people on sessions
  • Adding budget detail to each course once invoice received
  • Sign off sessions using register once completed
  • Troubleshooting on common issues with Compliance modules
  • Managing last min training withdrawals
  • Assist with L&D metrics reporting on monthly basis
  • Assist with end of Year reporting 
  • Assist with the new learner page launch on My Development
  • Booking parking/lunches/hotels for training where appropriate
  • Assist with any training provider prep – issuing pre course work, any IT requirements prior to trainer arriving, etc.
