WB Employment are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator. This position will be to support the Operational Management Team with efficient and effective contract administration. Providing the Client Liaison Manager, with a comprehensive administrative support service to ensure effective contract delivery.

 

Some of the duties will include:

  • Working in close collaboration with resident helpdesk, proactively assigning work orders to ensure a quick and professional response and resolution within contract Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor schedules and regimes ensuring completion on-time
  • Roster and schedule staff ensuring full and comprehensive cover is planned and delivered to prevent under resourcing.
  • To effectively manage sickness and absence and report to both Client Liaison Manager and Central Teams accordingly.
  • Control, monitor and administer chemical orders and consumption.
  • Control, monitor and administer consumable orders and consumption
  • Compliant / compliment Management control and repository, monitoring trend and none-conformance.
  • Manage the receipt of ad-hoc / variable works, assigning to the correct team and ensuring completion.
  • Effective and efficient administration attendance system and post to pay roll processes are processed correctly and timely.
  • Manage, update and maintain staff training matrix and training records.
  • Work with central teams, namely Employee Relations, Operational HR and HR shared Service Centre.
  • Ensure that weekly/monthly reports are generated as requested.
  • Carry out any time-gate request on behalf of the operations management team.
  • Contract / Site familiarization.
  • Other duties such as staff training, heath & safety and performance management are included.Qualifications / Experience – What Do I Need To Be Successful:

  • An excellent level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • Illustrate my experience of service delivery that is successful and customer focused
  • Excellent computer and digital skills
  • Excellent communication skills and be confident in communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Have a methodical, organised approach to work with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload and to cope with interruptions and changes calmly managing the pressure of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with others both internally and externally.
  • Evidence of personally achieving targets
  • Being self-motivated, being able to lead myself and use your initiative
