Whether you’re a recent graduate with some commercial experience looking to kick-Start your career in finance, or you have solid experience in a similar environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be working within a team dedicated to a single client. As a consultative communicator, you’ll nurture ‘decision maker’ relationships, and identify opportunities to add value with continual improvement to service. You’ll need to be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks and display strong written communication.

A background in financial services is advantageous, but by no means essential. What’s more important is your natural flair for account management, and a desire to assist clients obtain valuable solutions. Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
